Research On The Method Of Equipment Maintenance Planing Based On Functional Modeling

According to GJB3837,Maintenance Planning (MP), the collection of all supporting analyses is of great importance to guarantee equipments in good condition during their entire lifecycle. However, the present MP process still remains at the stage of guiding research, which hasn't possessed standardization and maneuverability. Therefore, this thesis systematically studies the MP process adopting the popular way of IDEF0 and establishes a complete model of guidance to practice. Besides, a model has been set up for the complex and discrete Maintenance Support System (MSS) using the frame of GTST-DMLD based on the information of maintenance plan. Simulating the action/structure of the system, the study of the thesis can also be adopted into the evaluation of MP result, i.e., Maintenance Support Plan, which provides an effective technical approach to make the equipments in good condition. The study of the thesis mainly includes the following four aspects:1) According to the related standards the process flow of MP is set up with respective introduction and analysis of the stages of the flow, based on which, IDEF0 is adopted to establish a MP model, whose functional hiberarchy and interrelation are analyzed by diagrams.2) Proposing that model can be used to study MSS, the thesis introduces the definition, symbols and process of function modeling, and further discusses how to establish a model for MSS in details in the light of informaintion of MP result, i.e., Maintenance Support Plan.3) Methods of analyzing the MSS model are discussed.4) After the establishment of MP model and MSS function model, simulative computer assistant designing is carried out adopting the HLA technique, which makes the evaluation of the main goal of the system model possible.Finally, a demonstration of a part of a MSS model is given using the function modeling method provided.
