To Research The KHB7-5 Product Of Multidirection And Multifunction For Operation-Device

This article is for us to develop the product which is matching in the major project of national defense. It is used in the operating system of the airplane cabinet. In combination with practical situation of the factory and the performance of domestic materials, we have designed and produced it by fully is absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technical in the foundation to breed.Through research, manufacture and production of the product, we have solved the problems on operation device in multiple-direction movement (for-and-after, left and right or down), reliability of automatic reset, optimization design of spring; the contact pressure and contact resistance were analyzed. We rationally selected materials and surface coating and solved the problems of insulating resistance and dielectric withstand voltage.The operation device, the optimization design of spring and the contact resistance were researched in this paper. During the designing of the parts, we comprehensively utilized multiple object blurring theory and reliability of comprehensively by using new technology and new process, or combination with its characteristic of the product and technical force, technological requirements and working capacity of the factory, we hare .successfully finished to design and produced the products which meet the requirements of consumers and enterprise military standard. Used by consumers, its performance and index are very well, it meets the needs of state main point weapon equipment, it can be widely used in electronic and electrical equipments.The product has characteristic of multiple directions, multiple function combination, structure compact, sensitive reversing, automatic reset, dustproof and contacting stability reliability, at present, there is no product of the same kind, its function and index meet the standards of domestic and foreign, it breaks an embargo to replace import products.
