At present, here are many electromyography feedback instruments both at home and abroad. The instrument has a very important significance for the clinic diagnosis, healing medicine, and athletics medicine. The characteristic and extraction methods of electromyography is studied, and the production of electrical stimulation is analysed and studied starting with the mechanism of electromyography signal production in the paper. By transforming electromyography into the direct-viewing electromyography waves, which indicates muscle active condition, and through the electromyography waves feedback information to the patient, the patient can sense electromyography change, and carries on regulative training repeatedly as for healing training and therapeutic purposes. And the muscles or nerves are stimulated by the current of different frequencies and intensities, as for effect of feedback training, relaxing, strengthening the muscle and treating the disease.The electromyography, electromyography feedback technology and electrical stimulation are introduced mainly in this paper, and making full use of the advantages of electromyography feedback and electrical stimulation therapy, a biofeedback therapy method is put forward by combining the detection of electromyography with the electrical stimulation therapy. Based on the study of the electromyography characteristic, the system accomplishs signal display, data processing and control design based on virtual instrument technology. And through studying on the composition characteristic of the low intermediate frequency electrical stimulation waves, designing several kinds of electrical stimulation prescription waves with LabVIEW software program, transfering data to a memorizer, and making electrical stimulation waves by reading the memorizer on the different clock frequencies.The electromyography feedback system mainly includes electrode choice, preamplifier, signal processing circuit, signal gathering circuit, electrical stimulation output circuit, impedance measurement circuit, single chip microcomputer control circuit and the electromyography feedback system application software programmed by LabVIEW. The application software accomplishs gathering display, signal characteristic processing, data memory and playback, waves download and communication control functions. The patient can see feedback effect visually with signal real time and integrated electromyogram display, by the adjustment of signal gain in the virtual panel of the application software.A series of measures are adopted about anti-interference and electric isolation in the system considering interfere and human safety, which ensure human safety.The innovation viewpoint in this research job is to acquire electromyography signals and electrical stimulation waves by virtual instrument technology and build a set of electromyography feedback and therapy system on based virtual instrument technology.
