In the helicopter's blades testing, the hinge-moment is one of the important parameters to judge blades' quality. For testing kinds of helicopters' blades, the data acquisition system in the new test platform is demanded to get the hinge-moment in wide range and high accuracy. According to the characters of the hinge-moment, the paper presented the design of the hinge-moment's data acquisition and transmission system.Based on the functions of every part, the paper described the design of the signal adjusting and conversion, the data transmission, the receiving and processing software. With the analyze of the accuracy request, the data acquisition system is designed to use signal-adjusting before ADC which convert the analog signal into digital signal, and at the same time correct the result which would be affected by the temperature's drift to guarantee the accuracy. For improving the reliability in data transfer, code the data and use wireless transmission is a way. In the upper computer system, the receiving and processing software not only convert the data into moment value, but also extract the average value from the alternative signal for the final result.It is shown that the design gets the hinge-moment test's requirement by simulating each part of the system.
