This article focuses on the research of operating equipment for prestressed reinforcing steel bar by means of computer measurement and control .successfully designs and accomplishes a modern system , which includes mechanic, electronic, hydraulic and computer, based on prestressing technology, electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and the theory of computer measurement and control, this system is made up of sensor groups, central control platform, hydraulic control system, load device, I/O channel, electrical source and printer, can carry out pre- control of prestressed reinforcing steel bar, automatically collect, save, and print the operating process data, and be applied for experiment research and many kinds of project' s locale.This thesis chiefly discusses the application of computer control technology in the field of prestressed project, strongly emphasizes the design of hydraulic operating control system, introduce a new type of double-action increasing pressure device, deals with the ways to choose the loading device, sensor groups, and hydraulic devices, explores the design of system hardware' s anti-jamming , provides a method of exploiting the system software with the Borland C++Builder language, assemble language, Windows system, studies out the PID numerical controller and the friendly GUI, touches upon the tolerance technology and debugging for the system, in conclusion, it shows the value of research.
