Maglev vehicle is the next generation Transportation, which has high speed,a good adaptability to the topography,safety,and many advantageso Train Speed and Position Measurement is the key technology in the safety and dispatch system of maglev vehicle. It is the guarantee that make sure the trains operated effectively and safe.The importance of train Speed and Position Measurement is listed as follows: First , it must be promised to provide the correct information of train Speed and Position; Second, The development of high speed trains on railways abroad is in the ascendant, so the higher requirements about the precision of train Speed and Position Measurement were presented. Third, with the collection,calculation and transmission and so on, the delay of information about speed and position is inevitable, so it is very important for the improvement of the information.In the safety and dispatch system of high temperature superconducting maglev vehicle, velocity measurement which is the key technology is related to safety of trains and it must be real-time measured. The paper firstly introduced the principle of DVP which is based on Inductive Radio Line. Each portion of the DVP equipment based on Inductive Radio Line are particularly analyzed and presented and circuit diagram are designed. The paper also used the velocity measurement scheme with the acceleration sensor ADXL202 in the strong magnetic field of maglev vehicle.This paper clearly introduced the principle of velocity measurement in the acceleration sensor and used the rectangular integration method to change the acceleration vector into the velocity vector information. Meanwhile, The principle chart of its hardware circuit and the flow chart of its software are presented.At last, the TMS320LF2407A is be used as the main processor. The paper also designed a velocity detecting device of high temperature superconducting maglev vehicle. The results meet the requirement of the theme and can satisfy the test line application aims well.
