Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are energy conversion devices. Hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into the original motive fluid pressure energy, which is the driving force of hydraulic system components; hydraulic motor is transformed into mechanical energy, which is the implementation of hydraulic system components. Researching and developing hydraulic pumps and motors must conduct experiments for life,what kind of economic system is more reasonable, it is worth discussing.Especially the high-power&low-speed& high-torque hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump experimental method deserves more studying.Generally, the hydraulic system consumes more than 60% of the input power into heat, and it also requires the cooling system for cooling equipment.So the fundamental solve for these problems is energy recovery.Currently, the research results by energy recovery are plentiful, but most are concentrated in the study of the working conditions rated. And research on change working conditions are fewer. In this paper, changed conditions for the power recovery technology on the basis of rated conditions power recovery. Matlab simulation software used to simulate the system, then the system analysis of the simulation results, know the advantages and disadvantages of the system response, better improve energy recovery system design. Change of power recovery system simulation conditions, the recovery of power system design reference.Finalize the selection of the components of hydraulic energy experiment, and formation of multi-experiment linking the factory before the hydraulic pump performance test.
