The appearance of cable-stayed bridge injected new vigour into the world bridges. Now, cable-stayed bridges are being designed to the direction of long span because of its spanning ability and self advantages. With the overgrowth of the span, many problems have appeared. Moreover, the dynamic problems caused by wind, quake and moving load are severe in chief. In this thesis, on the basis of existing data collected of cable-stayed bridges and dynamics, taking the example of Xuzhou-heping cable-stayed bridge, 3-D finite element models of it with software ANSYS are established and its free-vibration is analyzed. The parameters which affect its free-vibration are also analyzed. This thesis also introduced some kinds of simplified methods of 3-D space model, and made comparison of the free-vibration property between them. During the transient dynamic analysis of Xuzhou-heping cable-stayed bridge, with the Newmark integral method, taking into account the influence of the moving load, the dynamic responses of the bridge are discussed under the effect of moving load. The time history responses of the structure under the moving load with the speed of 5m/s,10m/s,15m/s and 20m/s are analyzed, and the amplification coefficients of deflection and internal forces of the structure are intensively analyzed. The study of cable-stayed bridge dynamic property provides fundamental theory for aseismatic design, wind resistance and analysis of vehicle vibration. Through the analysis of dynamic, it can reveal more truly the structure stresses and deflection under the effect of vehicles. Then it can figure the responses of bridge structure when earthquake and wind loads affected.
