Gifford-McMahon refrigerator is a kind of regenerative refrigerator, It produces cold by a diabetic is charging or Simon expansion, and has considerable advantages in term of simplicity, reliability, low rotate speed, simple operation and long lifetime. It is widely used in fields of space flight, material, electronic devices, communication, medical treatment and so on, especially single GM refrigerator of 30-40K with big cooling capacity, which can satisfy the meet of high Temperature superconductivity with big cooling capacity, which is mature oversea, bur blank at home.Theory cooling capacity, regenerator and shuttle losing, cooling down temperature and lowest time in detail using thermodynamics theory was computed, the main structure dimension was confirmed, the new type narrow-slot cooling exchanger was designed, gas-moving drive fashion was selected, a single GM refrigerator of 30W@20K was designed.Basing on the experiment table of single GM refrigerator, the experiment research of single GM150 refrigerator in existence was founded, drawing a set of regenerator material,filling proportion and the bound between the high and lov; pressure via experiment of rotate valve angle,regenerator material,high low pressure and compressor gas-costing, which can perfect the developing single GM of big cooling capacity and provides the theory and technology support...
