With the development of the national economy, the extending scales of various tunnels and subway stations, the problems of soil-structure dynamic interaction become a frontal question for discussion in earthquake engineering and civil engineering fields. At present, though we have got some results in theoretical analysis, experimental study and observation, there are still so many problems needed further study, because the questions are more complicated. So it has important theoretical significance and practical meaning to do the experiments on soil-structure dynamic interaction system, the results of the experiment can be used to further study the mechanism of the interaction of soil-structure , validate the theoretical results, impel the theory to be applied in practical engineering.Based on the shaking table experiment design of Tianjin Station Transportation Hub Project, the seismic analysis of the model with ANSYS was simulated in the paper. The paper will research the following problems.(1) The integral finite-element interaction model was seted up based on the size scale of 1:50, and a three-dimensional viscoelastic boundary was seted for the model.(2) The whole element number of the model was reduced based on the premise of receiving reasonable results with the use of degraded SOLID95 elements which have nine, ten or twelve nodes and the procedure's running speed was increased.(3) The frequency and acceleration of original seismic waves were adjusted according to the experiment design and shaking table's capability, the processed waves were what the experiment needed.(4) A time-history seismic analysis was maded to the model under the action of three different seismic waves of three different levels, the largest deformation of every floor was calculated and compared, the components of structure and piles which subjected to largest force and the plastic areas of soil at the action of all kinds of seismic waves were analyzed, the influence of foundation soil to the three different seismic waves'impaction and the three waves'damage to the structure were analyzed and compared.
