Study On The Full Life Cycle Assessment Prototype System Of Mechanical And Electrical Products

The environmental question is one of major issues which the human society faces now. With the worse environmental pollution and the green trade tariff protection beginning to show up, the green product starts to emerge unceasingly, and then gradually takes the place of the traditional products. The corresponding related green product research has gradually become one of hot spots which the government, the enterprise and the academic circles pays attention together, this article takes the green mechanical and electrical products as the main object of study, the more thorough research on the full life cycle assessment of the green mechanical and electrical products theory and method, the main research content as follow:(1) According to the analysis of the practical investigation, based on the summarization on the concept and connotation research of the green products of the previous and combining the new concrete demand on the green products, a new comprehensive connotation about the green product is provided. And then a new concept about the green product design significance and a set of relative design principles is set and explained.(2) According to ISO14000 series standards and the characters of the green mechanical and electrical products, based on the full life cycle assessment method, a new full life cycle assessment system of mechanical and electrical products is put forth, and the key process of the system are analyzed and adjusted.(3) The detailed discussion and research performances of the green mechanical and electrical products, Based on these, the possibly producing the influence and the countermeasure have carried on the analysis in the environment, resources, energy, economical performance assessment process.(4) Through the combination of the assessment technique of green mechanical and electrical products and the net technique, a set of net software about new green mechanical and electrical products assessment has been programmed. It takes advantage of the network, a high speed developing information tool, to practice the assessment system of green mechanical and electrical products and make it more practical and accelerate the development and application of it.
