| In company with the development of economy and society, the large-span floor slab will manifold increasingly, while the composite truss, which is economical, and have large bearing capacity and small structural height, extraordinarily suit to be manufactured as large span floor slab. So it is necessary to study and do some experiments to understand the performance of the composite truss. After reviewing the research and application actuality of composite structures and composite trusses, two pieces of composite trusses are manufactured. To see the service performance of the steel structure section of trusses and to check whether they are able to bear the load of casting concrete on it. Preloading test is launched on the surface of two pieces trusses which haven't cast concrete. And the results indicate that the service behaviors of the steel structure section of trusses are in good condition and the load of casting concrete can be well supported. Then the concrete is cast, in the first place, dynamic property tests are done on the two trusses; in the second place, 1# truss is loaded with weight and 2# truss is load with jack, and the test results of which are analyzed. After damaging due to loading, dynamic property tests are made on two trusses again, while the frequency and modality of the states of unloading, loading damage and artificial damage are comparatively analyzed, which indicate that the damage of composite trusses influences the rigidity of the structure, and that the descending degree increases with the growing degree of structure damage. The ANSYS modal of the composite truss is established, and then the dynamic property analysis and static calculation of the two trusses on the condition of loading are carried through. After that, the comparative analysis between calculating results and measured data is done, which prove that the numerical models are quite reasonable. Then, on the state of varying the diameter of prestressed reinforcements, the changes of deflection, frequency and stress are computed. In the end, the material prices of a piece of truss and reinforced concrete floors of six dissimilar thicknesswhich undertake the same load as the truss are calculated, and the material expenses of the reinforced concrete floor that cost the least money are 23.93 percent more than that of a composite truss, which indicates that a composite truss floor spend less money on material expenses than a reinforced concrete floor. |
