The heritage resource in Scenic and Historic Interest Area does bring proceeds to our country and local governments, while resulting in threats to sustainable development of heritage resource itself. People think highly of heritage with eager for quick success and instant benefit, and foreign culture has a tendency to replace local culture in China, all of which make the heritage fail to be protected effectively, and make the feasibility of heritage utilization unbelievable.On one hand, by analyzing cases of today and past, the present thesis is the result of the efforts devoted to demonstrating the feasibility of heritage utilization in Scenic and Historic Interest Area, and bringing forward principles of reasonable utilization. On the other hand, the present thesis is going to find the limitation of heritage utilization at present, and to formulate new methods.Most studies of heritage utilization methods focus on management, but the present thesis is based on inner value of heritage. By analyzing the structure of heritage inner value, the thesis is going to educe the methods grounding on "recessive value", which renews the thought starting from "tour value", and alleviates conflicts between protection and utilization.Hope the method of "deepened utilization" will bring out the rationalization of heritage utilization; enhance the tour value of heritage, and meanwhile insure the authenticity in the long run.
