With the rapid development of vehicle industry and electronic technology, electrical/electronic assemblies are used deep into almost all systems of vehicles. But at the same time, electromagnetic compatibility problem of vehicles becomes more complicated with the use of those units, and an advanced request is needed by electromagnetic compatibility of electrical/electronic assemblies and vehicle.In order to overtake the development of international electromagnetic compatibility performance of electrical/electronic assemblies in vehicles, a series of compulsory standards are established for electromagnetic compatibility performance of electrical/electronic assemblies in vehicles at the present time.According to the demands of GB/T 17619-1998 (Limits and methods of testing for immunity of electrical/electronic sub-assemblies in vehicles to electromagnetic radiation), an Auto-control test system is constructed with an ATEM cell, a computer, GPIB, a signal generator, a power amplifier and a field strength monitor for radiated susceptibility of electrical/electronic assemblies in vehicles.According to the demands of GB 18655-2002(Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics for the protection of receivers used on board vehicles),a test system is constructed with a line impedance stabilization network, shielded enclosure, an electromagnetic disturbance receiver and antennas for radio disturbance characteristics of electrical/electronic assemblies in vehicles.
