Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is "the ability that the instrument or systemcan work well in its condition and it can not bring any disturbance exceed the range ofendurance to the anything in its condition". EMC research the question of immunityand disturbance .It aims at controlling and reducing the disturbance, and make all theelectronic instrument carry out itself function well in same electromagneticenvironment, in other words, all the instrument can work normally and not disturbeach other reaching to compatible state.It is necessary that the electric and electronic instrument be test according tonational corresponding standard. GB/T17626.3-1998 "Radiated, radio-frequency,electromagnetic field immunity test" is one of the most important content in the EMCtest. It involves large of instruments, complex proving ground, and high test cost.Firstly, this dissertation looks back the EMC technique level overseas andinteriorly and the progress of EMC standard, account for the definition of EMC,expatiate the necessity of EMC test to electric and electronic instrument. Secondly,the paper mostly introduce the design idea,working theory,hardware configure,controlling software empoldering and system function of radio-frequency -Radiatedelectromagnetic field immunity test system .Through this test system, it affirms theradio-frequency -Radiated electromagnetic field immunity test t method of powermeter and tax-controlled taxi meter. At last, the paper summarize this test system andexpect the foreground on expanding the function.
