Heart disease is the most serious threat to human health, in China, the incidence of heart disease is high and has increased year by year, so the prevention and diagnosis of heart disease has become the main problem facing the medical profession. Cardiovascular disease is one of the most serious diseases and ECG (electrocardiogram, ECG) is an important basis for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, the processing and analysis of ECG studies are becoming increasingly important. With the advancement of computer technology, the methods used are constantly improving.This paper is mainly about preprocess and analyze of ECG, all ECG is from the international community recognized the MIT-BIH database. The first three chapters has introduced the significance of studying ECG, the ECG waveform and the various ECG and by the emergence of three major interference (50 Hz frequency interference, EMG interference and baseline drift). With the advancement of computer technology, digital filtering techniques are more and more used in the process of ECG because of its flexibility to realize. The fourth chapter describes the using of modern digital signal of the digital filter technology to process ECG, such as notch filter, the integral coefficients filter, Butterworth high-pass filter, can eliminated the three major interference well. The fifth chapter is mainly introducing the realization of wavelet transform to filter the ECG, the wavelet transforms decomposition the raw ECG signal into the different frequency bands. According to ECG's different frequencies, filtering the original signal on different threshold ,and then make the inverse wavelet transform of ECG, we will be able to achieve the elimination of major interference ECG.The wavelet transform is a comprehensive approach to filtering the ECG , especially for baseline drift in low-frequency, this is not easy to achieve using other methods. In addition, wavelet transform has high adaptability. Threshold method other than traditional filter can solve the problem of overlapping of noise and signals' frequency. The sixth chapter is reviewing and verifying the recognition of QRS wave in recent year, by the comparison, I use the differential threshold method to recognize the QRS wave, achieve a high rate of accuracy.
