The piston is one of the key parts of the internal-combustion engine, it's working condition concerns working dependability and use durability of high-speed internal-combustion engine directly and influences the emission performance of the internal-combustion engine directly at the same time. The structure of piston and its working environment are very complicated. In working condition, the piston stands periodic load, such as high gas-pressure, inertia-pressure, side direction pressure and frictional force, which produced by combustion gas pressure and high speed and produces mechanical stress and distortion. The burn of high-pressure gas produced high temperature makes piston top and whole temperature of piston very high, even the temperature distribution is symmetry, causing the piston to produce heat stress and heat distortion. Heat load and mechanical load coupling make piston to produce crackle, piston-ring gluing and scuffing of cylinder bore and so on. So during the course of designing, calculating and analyzing the piston temperature field, force field and coupling field that heat and mechanical load act on together in conformity with the force field, finding out the heat load state of the piston and comprehensive stress distribution situation, to improve the piston and its working dependability is significant. The finite element method is a kind of very valid figure calculation method. It can analyze deforming, stress and dynamic characteristic of various structure, this can not be performed by the classic method. For the finite element research of piston, the abroad have carried on many fruitful research works already, put forward some new research methods, but our country's research in organization and business enterprise is later, comparing abroad, and still have a certain gap. This text makes use of 3D graphics software to build up piston model, which is transmitted into finite element software of ANSYS. Then it inquiries into a heat boundary condition and carries on the setting of the lotus boundary condition and constraint Adopting a finite element method to imitate a temperature field heat stress,...
