It has been more than 50 years for our country's precast concrete members which undergoes its prosperity and decay. Compared to overseas'glory, our precast unit is now declining because of stagnant mart and limits of correlative policies. The development and application of precast unit is introduced in this thesis. In addition, the subsistence background of precast unit enterprises as well as both merits and drawbacks are simply analyzed.The necessity of optimum design of precast stand boards in Tianjin Olimpic Center is analyzed based on the basic information of precast stand boards.The principle of size optimizeness and simple applied optimum scheme are put forward based on size tolerance and precision demand, which is aiming at the root of optimum design of precast stand boards--optimum design of template. In design of steel template, the principle and bases of steel template design, the calculation method of panel thickness and inherent frequency, the calculation method of bending deformation and warping deformation of bottom template and calculation theory of side template are introduced. And on base of these theories, a piece of steel template is designed with an example of some stand board in Tianjin Olimpic Center.The method and theory of arc curve laying-out is simply introduced and calculate the laying-out dates of the above example with the method of coordinates calculation. As for bare concrete demand of stand boads, the hackneyed quality disfigurement of bare concrete and its cause are analyzed, and the disfigurement is solved by the criterion of quality controlling and construction controlling.The reason of decline of precast component enterprises is illuminated, and the difficulties and opportunities of precast component enterprises are analyzed. The conclusion is our precast component enterprises should keep developing and develop continuably.In the end, the conclusion is given and the foreground of development of precast unit enterprises is expected.
