FOR THE SHOCK AND VIBRATION ISOLATION OF DOUBLE-WALL CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD CUSHION WITH A AND B FLUTES IN PACKAGE CUSHIONING, THIS PAPER TAKES THE ELASTIC-TYPE CUSHION AND FOLD-TYPE CUSHION AS THE OBJECT OF STUDY AND STUDIES ITS DYNAMIC CUSHIONING PROPERTIES BY THEORY AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES.At first, dynamic properties of double-wall corrugated paperboard cushion with A and B flutes are analyzed by using the base of orthotropic sandwich plate theory, and the transverse vibration equation, the deflection, stress and strain are established and solved. Secondly, the dynamic cushioning properties of A&B double-wall corrugated paperboard cushion with elastic type and fold type are investigated by dynamic compressive tests on the drop shock machine, and the experimental formulas and characteristic factors of dynamic cushion curves by using the fitting polynomial of curves, and the effect of thickness and density of A&B double-wall corrugated paperboard cushion, drop height on dynamic cushioning property is analyzed. The curves of Gm - t,σ-ε,Gm -σsand C -σmare given. The results show that the relationship between dynamic stress and strain is very complicated and has evident non-linearity.At last, for calculating the maximum acceleration during drop shock, the experiential formula and theoretical formula are in coincidence by comparing the results.The work fills in the gap in the field of theoretical and experimental studies on package cushioning of double-wall corrugated paperboard cushion with A and B flutes, and may plays an active role to push the application of the double-wall corrugated paperboard cushion in thedrop shock of products package system.
