Design And Realization Of Performance Test-bed For Construction Vehicle Cooling System

There has been a optimal working temperature scope in which all kinds of function index to every parts and subsystems in vehicles can only be guaranteed.The main function of cooling system in vehicle is to maintain the normal temperature for gearing system,braking system and hydraulic pressure system, and the performance of it is very crucial to the reliability and durability of the vehicle.However,currently in the domestic, the research of cooling system for vehicles is asunder, unattached and non-systemic,and the research of product testing technic is also aiming at single part or assembly, so it is very difficult to optimize the whole system.According to researching actuality and developing trend of related technic about vehicle cooling system both in domestic and overseas, aiming at hydraoulic-driven-fan cooling system which is more advanced and popular abroad currently, combining the project of military construction machinery engine thermal system, which is cooperated with Guangdong Dahua-Rensheng Technic & Science Co,.Ltd, a set of performance test-bed for vehicle cooling system has been developed , this system can not only carry on a test to the performance of single part in cooling system, but also can test the matched performance of the whole cooling system. This technique fills up the blank in our country.Firstly, researching actuality and developing trend of related technic about vehicle cooling system both in domestic and overseas is summarized and analyzed in this dissertation, then, the developed process of the test-bed is introduced in the following five parts.(1) The thermal source simulating systemFirst,electric heater is selected as simulating thermal source by analysis,then, structure and control system of the heater is designed, at last, brainpowerthermoregulation is briefly introduced.(2) The liquid circulatory systemAiming to working requirement to the liquid circulatory system, pipeline is designed.the control method to flux , adjusting valve and its driven machine areintroduced.(3) The hydraoulic-driven-fan system...
