| Spectral imaging is often used in remote sensing detection today. SNRs of imaging spectrometers are studied in this thesis, including:1. The basic theories of atmospheric transmission such as light absorption, light scattering, light refraction and light reflection in atmospheric transmission are introduced. Atmospheric radiant models are studied and compared. The formulas of spectral radiant flux and background radiant flux are deduced.2. Imaging Spectrometers are classified based on the principle of spectral data cube reconstruction , then principles of four main types Imaging Spectrometers are introduced.3. The major factors which influence SNR of Direct Imaging Spectrometer ( DIS) are studied and the formulas of main noises from noise sources are given, finally the SNR formulas of DIS are deduced.4. The major factors which influence SNR of Fourier Transform Imaging Spectrometer ( FTIS) are studied and the formulas of main noises from noise sources are given, finally the SNR formulas of FTIS are deduced.5. The performances of Filter DIS and traditional Michelson Imaging Spectrometer are compared, and the results are given.6. The performances of Grating DIS and spatial modulation Imaging Spectrometer are compared, and the results are given.7. The ratio of SNR of interferogram and SNR of spectrogram is studied though a lots experiments. |
