Interference imaging spectroscopy not only can interfere with imaging spectroscopy of objects to form imaging,but also can provide abundant information. The spectrum of objects due to the interference with spectral resolution spectral imaging technology, high band, combining with the spectral image. Widely be used in military, aviation, material analysis, biomedical research and production fields as. With spectral imaging techniques and technology development,Microscopic interference imaging spectroscopy has been the research focus,and can be applied to pathology, cytogenetics, histology, immunohistochemical, etc. This paper studies the main content includes the following aspects:(1) In the current study and research comparatively mature interference imaging technology based on spectral spectrum and introducing microscopic imaging interference microscopy Imaging. Based Savart interferometer microscopic imaging spectroscopy technology and principle of Savart polarisers principle of work.(2) Effects of interference microscopy spectral imaging system, there are many factors,this paper discusses the polarization Angle error of flux Angle error for the interference fringes of modulation effect two aspects. Formula was deduced effect,with MATLAB programming language to conclusions are simulated and analyzed the intuitive.(3) CCD is currently microscopic imaging spectrum used in system of interference of photoelectric detector. Introduces the basic structure and working principle of CCD basis,suitable for microscopic interference analysis of two spectral imaging system CCD type,and the parameter selection of CCD are given to improve the theory and practice of guidance.(4) All the noise on the photoelectric transformation system is necessary. Based on analyzing the new polarisers interference sources of noise spectral imaging system,Namely the CCD related devices produces photons noise, polarization noise, the noise, the noise spectrum etc,the new calculation of spectral imaging system polarization interference of signal-to-noise ratio,And the evaluation index.(5) Finally,according to the microscopic imaging spectrum system of biomedical application,this paper analyzes several other factors of the system.
