Research On Problems And Solutions Of The Farmland Settlement Planning On Chengdu Fringe Area

As the urbanization process gets faster and faster,the "Construction of new socialist countryside"policy has been in operation,china's countryside confronts great chance and challenge.As the special position and industry constitution, the villages on city fringe area need more changes than the common villages. A lot of problems turn up in the city fringe area, the urban design mode take place of the traditional settlements,thus causes many complications,so it is urgent to make a planning to combine the traditional context and the renovation.This thesis takes city of Chengdu as research case.First,it analyzes the reason, imagery morphology and structure feature of the traditional villages in this area. It has great values on architecture,aesthetics and ecology. Second,this paper analyzes the present situation and the reason of the farmland on fringe area of Chengdu, gives its views that extensive renovation is necessary.Then it analyzes history background and the shortcomings of the "Three Concentration"policy by the local government.After that,the aurhor classifies the village on fringe area as 3 modes: industry park, rural tourist area,and agriculture indystry mode.With actually example,this paper illustrates the relationship between the industry development and the planning form.The village of industry park mode should take the completely concentration planning form; To keep the rural scenery,the village in rural tourist area had better maintain dispersed layout, or a incomplete concentration planning; The village of agriculture industry mode suits to a incomplete concentration planning.For further exploring the way of planning of village on fringe area, the author personally involved in the design project and analyzed for thesis examples.In this case, two important aspects of village renovation are dicussed: the industry development and the context protection, Besides these, the author explores the methods of landscape and architecture design.On the basis of above research, the...
