| This thesis has arisen from my long time study on a new model of reform in contemporary education. With the rapid development of computer-aided information technology, and widespread of college network, we apply both the software and the hardware available to online education in which education resources via website have been well developed. Yet, the problems that quality of cyber courseware is subject to affect that of teaching courses is much concern in the course of producing Chinese Traditional Architecture. As traditional teaching methods relying on speaking and writing skills could not effectively demonstrate the image of building and three-dimensional space, modern teaching tools have contributed to solving the problems in them. Under the guidance of modern pedagogy and technology, we will adopt the current findings on cyber education for architectural culture and teaching experiences, and give a survey of how to design and make a courseware in principles as well. Moreover, this thesis is devoted to the research and development of courseware as it is. We come to a conclusion: a cyber course is helpful for a lecturer to access to courses, to build a self-study environment and to promote the integration of information technology and higher education, especially vocational education as it is illustrative and practical. |
