Research On The Properties Of Concrete With Magnetic Water

Since the Belgian T. VermerirenIn got rid of boiler scale with magnetic water, which has been used in the field of our life. In the research the MW- II magnetic treatment device is used, which is made by ourselves. Two variables are introduced in the experiment after reading some correlative literatures. They are: magnetic field strength (B), current velocity (V). The optimal magnetic is been confirmed through the guideline such as the property of the solu tion and the performance of cement pastes and mortars.The specieman is made to determine their performances, the results are used to verify the magnetic effect of the magnetic machine. The influence of magnetic water on the capabilities of fly ash concrete is studied. The appli c-ability of magnetic water with concrete admixture is studied in this paper, at the same time the mechanism of magnetic water with concrete is analyzed at the end of the paper.Results show that: After magnetic treatment, the water conductivity decrease and the value of the surface tension drop. In the performance research of cement mortar, the compressive strength of cement mortar samples is tested, during the samples are made, the magnetic field strength and the current velocity are been adjusted, then the different value of samples are gotten, the results show that when the magnetic field strength get 810mt and the current velocity get 0.351/s, the compressive strength of cement mortar is highest and the capability of the sample is better compared with the other samples. And the optimal magnetic parameter is confirmed. The concrete which is made with the optimal magnetic parameter is tested. It can get from the experiment results that their forepart strength increases 11% and the compressive strength of 28 day increases 18%. The data ensures the result of the best magnetic parameter.The fly ash concrete made with magnetic water is tested too in the research ,their forepart strength increase 14%,and the strength of 28 day increase 21%, and we can find that the durability of the concrete with fly ash is improved.In the research of concrete with magnetic water and concrete admixture, it is found that the component of the concrete admixture will influence the effect of the magnetic, the degree of increase of sample with some concrete admixture will decrease, but as a whole, the capability of concrete with concrete admixture will be improved with magnetic water.
