| The theme of this paper is about the guarantee capability research of water resources of regional sustainable development. The technical line employed here is a DPSIR concept model, which describes the causation of interaction between human and environment. That is, human socio-economic activities lead to an increase in waste emissions or interference, then produce pressure, and the pressure force the state of environmental systems change, these changes impact ecosystems or human, so human make direct or indirect response. Through the study on the water resources in Jinyun County, this paper makes an analysis and evaluation of its present situation, then predicts the change of its utilization in future, and finally proposes countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of water resources protected regional sustainable development.This article covers the following four major parts:The first part mainly introduces the research progress of water resources and regional economic, including the first chapter.The second part constructs the theory of water resources protected regional economic sustainable development, based on the DPRIS concept model, including the second chapter.The third part discusses the guarantee capability assessment of water resources sustainable development in Jinyun County and the selection of water model. That contains of chapter third to sixth. Guarantee capability is assessed by AHP method. System expounds the principles and methods of indexes selected. Water talent factors, supply factors, water elements, water-saving factors and environmental factors are selected to separately assess the five districts of Jinyun County. Then according to the result of the assessment of the five factors, we get the overall evaluation of the region. This article constructs water supply and demand forecasting models of Jinyun County, and forecasts water demand levels from the industrial, agricultural, living and environment. Finally, the result of water supply and demand contribute to determine the choice of water model.The fourth part contains the conclusions and countermeasures, including chapter seventh. |
