The contest of the world mainly focuses on the contest of the whole strength of the country. The advanced manufacture technology which is represented by mechanical manufacture technology takes an important part on the technique economy development of the country. Under the tide of the new century global economy integration, manufacturing is facing great challenge and opportunity. After investigated and analyzed the development trend of manufacturing, and research status and development trend of CAPP, the theory, methods and key technologies of process management sub-system of CAPP tool system for products are studied systematically. Main research contents are followed:(1) The present status and trends of the research on manufacturing and on CAPP are reviewed, and the shortage of CAPP system nowadays, and the relevant contents and goals of the project are put forward.(2) The basic contents and characteristics of the CAPP tool system for product are discussed, CAPP tool system for product and its technologic management's functional model are analyzed. Based on those, technologic management's information model of CAPP tool system for product and technologic information descriptive model that lies in the core of products structure are studied, and functional model and system structural frame of the technologic management's subsystem are constructed.(3) By having analyzed and customizing the technologic resource's data structure, studied managing technology based on the resource trees, resource managing model which in the core of technologic resource trees are founded, and technologic resource's management is carried out.(4) The designing ideas on the technologic cards' customization are researched. By having analyzed the technologic cards' element, its template is constituted, and its customization is carried out.(5) The technologic file's sort and its information model in the course of technologic management are researched, and its print is carried out.(6) Based on studying to carry out the technologic management system of the CAPP system whose theory, method and key technology, the technologic management's subsystem is developed, and which is applied in the screw pump's CAPP system.Finally, a summary of the research work and the results is made and plans for future research is presented. |
