The Design And Research Of An Oil Refining Plant Characteristic Of Energy Conservation

Along with the world 's energy shortening day by day, environmental pollution becoming serious day by day, the people start to pay attention to the use of solar energy which is urge, without pollution, safe and so on. These latest years, there are already several big results in its applying research, developing and utilizing, however, to the utility of solar energy, also there are still several problems left to be discussed further and solved. Appling the solar energy into the fat industry and designing a building according to the characteristics of equipments in the process, then several problems crop up. As to the situation, this article has mainly done the following work:One: Several problems still needed to be solved when designing a solar energy hot water system, which is applied to the fat industry, including heat collecting and storage and so on; The detailed and thorough discussion was launched aiming at each part of the solar energy hot water system and the choose of the system's form, the function, and the application scope; Some elaboration is made to the part of automatic control;Two: A manufacturing workshop was designed at Yuxi city, in Yunnan Province, according to the characteristics of manufacturing equipments in the fining section in fat industry, including its equipments' size, the arrangement and so on. It analyzes and discusses the steel structure construction form which is used in this design emphasizing, including its color, the intensity and construction some other aspects. The breakthrough is achieved in the construction plan and the structural style choice compared to the former industry workshop: the construction form is lively, also is not deficient of dignify. Three: In line with the heat load of the practical example of the project (an oil refining plant) and the area of heat collecting calculated, some calculations related to the heat project are done and it offers some area parameters for the heat collecting surface of the building.Four: In order to realize the construction integration, several considerations are put in designing and constructing aspects in the architectural designing process, in line with the idea of integration between solar energy and the building.Five: considering the windows, doors and some other external protection structure consumes much energy, it analyzes the characteristics of the glass windows and doors energy conservation through the project example and proposed some factors should be considered when choosing glass windows and doors.
