It was since 1967 that our country had used the lime powdered coal dust for the pavement structure layer. For the two ash stability materials have a low price, advantageous to an environmental protection and high intensity after build, it has been widely used in the bottom grass roots and grass roots of the road in the later 10 years. Especially the mixture of the two ash crushed stones have higher strength, good stability and obvious water rigidity, slow curdle and the plank body,which is to be one of the most extensive base course material of high grade road in our country.During the construction , the charge ratio of the ash stability roads should through seven days with no side limit antipress strength experiment to ascertain.In order to insure construction quality, it also need to examine seven days of two ash grass-roots materials with no side limit antipress strength.In order to raise the work efficiency and speed construction progress, this text have combined municipal services and road engineering in High-tech Development Zone of ChangChun City.Through improving the health condition of commence, study the two ashes with inorganic compound of stability grass-roots strength for its anticipate stable in early days, it has the way to ensure the best maintenance temperature and time, and to measurese its strength.Then, matching with the criterion rule of the standard measure strength and high maintenance temperature of strong method measurement to quickly judge of the strength curve carry on drawing up, it build up a related relation .Through a line regress analytical, making selection back to return a square distance, it built up the judge method of the two ashes with inorganic compound of stability in early days, then reckon the strength for 7 days and 28 days.This kind of method have effectively solved the problem of long maintenance period and carried out the request of experiment examination and synchronous engineering construction during the process of engineering construction .It also strengthen the control strength of the engineering quality, and lower the experiment of influence in an outside factor.The empirical which judge from fast health only need 4~10 hours, after the vacuum satisfied water for 5 minutes and then it can measure its intensity.The biggest benefit is to shorten nearly 6 days of protecting box and made 7 days to one day.Because of consumedly time , raising an efficiency labor, reducing labor time, economizing for shorting maintenance period, it makes the process have more continuous.It also speeds the rhythm of experiment examination, reduces waiting time for examining result in the process of construction, makes in front and back two construction work the preface quickly links up, lower engineering cost because of shorting construction work and reduceing doing poorly engineering work over again, and so does the invisibly funds of work depletion.All in all,this method of experiment have a very high function in the process of engineering construction.
