With the increase of traffic volume and heavy vehicles, in addition to the characteristicsof cement concrete’s stiffness and shrinkage cracking and complex environment effect,problems occurred in the cement concrete pavement of highway after openning traffic isincreasing, especially the broken concrete slabs. Based on this, according to the specificcondition of maintenance engineering and construction requirements, the author optimizes theexisting materials, and aims to study early strength mixed concrete to meet transportconditions of about2h by tanker, and opening to traffic after pouring1d, and good properties,to resolve the current cement concrete slab repair cycle and the durability problem.First of all, raw materials for optimal performance test is carried out, and on the basis ofthe traffic conditions, the type of pavement structure, pavement condition, and constructiontime put forward concrete workability, mechanical property and durability requirements.Then, studies the mixture ratio design parameters and external additive on the properties ofmixed concrete general influence law, on the basis of a mix design method.Secondly, based on the above ratio studies the durability of the mixed concreteperformance. Through the research draws the conclusion: the abrasion resistance,impactresistance, anti sulphate erosion of mixed concrete and so on,was better than the same ratio ofconcrete.To reveal the intrinsic reason of the good performance of mixing of concrete, by meansof XRD, SEM net of two kinds of testing means for mixed pulp of micro are studied,and themixed cement hydration mechanism was analysed. Further an ideal model for complex mixedmicrostructure of concrete was proposed and the micro structure and macro mechanicalproperties of contact was analysed.At last the research complex admixture concrete based on the experimental section forhigh-speed road repair, has a very good application.
