To monitor automobile air admission noise is the main function of the vacuum booster noise experiment platform. The noise performance of the vacuum booster is the important quality standard. On the meantime, imported machines are extremely expensive. So it is urgent to develop high performance vacuum booster noise experiment platform with independent property right. The NT5023 noise experiment platform is the first vacuum booster experiment platform that it can simulate the real working process of the vacuum booster.In this paper, a set of practical value measure and control system is developed.The design of measure system: The press of the two road liquids is respectively measured by the 1 and 2 liquid sensor and is send the A/D card throughout the exportation of the liquid press 1 and 2 number show. The same is the vacuum press.For solving synchrony of collecting the data and real time analysis of noise, we adopted PCL-818L data collectËŠs card and Sound BLASTER 5.1 audio card in order to collect the sound signal with two road. The sound signal is inputted to the PCL-818L by the"DC"exportation of the sound meter in the move-noise, the liquid press-noise, the vacuum-noise experiment. For sake of the real time monitor of the noise in the time-noise experiment, we choose to use Sound BLASTER5.1; the sound signal is inputted to the Sound BLASTER5.1 by the"AC"exportation of the sound meter. The descend diagram is the principle of the measure system.The design of control system: Communicate servo electrical engineering of Japan Panasonic MSMA is employed as the power in the load end. The revolving movement of the electrical engineering turns the line movement of the polethroughout a dynamoelectric cylinder. The whole servo system is controlled by the MAC-3001 movement control card and the control way is the position control for half closed loop. The revolving photoelectrical encoder that is installed in the end of the electrical engineering monitors the move and speed of the electrical engineering. And give the signal feedback for monitoring to a servo actuator, and compare it with the instruction pulse, making the controlled system to work at the setting appearance.It is always intractable to debug vacuum booster experiment platform on the spot. In order to weaken or remove the interference of the communicate servo actuator, we connect dependability the actuator and the electrical engineering to the ground and use the shield line in the all control signals and examination signals. The phenomenon of the electrical engineering flying a car disappeared with changing the phase sequence of the exportation of the actuator.Aim at the speed error of the pushing pole, the first step analysis thinks that it is the accuracy of the controls system, the start and stop system of the electrical engineering, error margin of dying area and the master screw accuracy. It is useful for raising the whole accuracy.It has expressed the measure and control system is stable, accuracy and satisfies by the move-noise, the liquid press-noise, the vacuum-noise and the time-noise experiment. Now the machine has already thrown to produce a usage in the Jilin brake factory, and brought plenteous repay for the business enterprise!...
