Switched reluctance motor drive system consists of reluctance motor, power electronics switch circuit and electron controller. It has the advantages both AC drive system and DC drive system, and expansive development foreground. Thereinto, controller is the core of drive system, its performance influences the function of electromotor directly.This thesis chooses TMS320LF2407DSP as controller of motor drive system. TMS320LF2407DSP provides low cost, low power consumption, high operation ability and ample inner resource. It is useful for digital control of motor. Along with the increase of application system function in DSP, the software exploitation is very important to developer. The traditional software exploitation adopts the idea of foreground/background, it is based on process, programme orderly from stem to stern. Once programme becomes huge, compiling, attempering, expandedness and maintenance will become very difficult.Embedded operation system just develop fast for meeting the demand of modern software development. Embedded operation system adopts advanced programming idea, and provides a friendly exploitation flat. Consequently, the exploitation of application programme is easy to design, maintain and expand. Therefore this thesis introduces embedded real time operation system of μ C/OS-Ⅱ to the field of motor control, transplants μ C/OS-Ⅱ in TMS320LF2407DSP, and then works out program to realize switched reluctance motor drive control. Lastly experiment indicates the feasibility using this real time operation system in switched reluctance motor drive system.In the process of the close loop control strategies, a digital PI regulator for SRM is designed firstly. But because SRM exists the nonlinear magnetic field and can't establish precise model, the classical PI regulator can't meet the demand any more. So this thesis introduces variable-structure control with sliding mode (VSS). Variable-structure control with sliding mode can achieve good dynamic performance in spite of the model's precision limitation. But in actual system, sliding mode can't reach perfect switch identity, so it exists chatter problem, which reduces static precision. To combine the advantages of two strategies, this thesis adopts discrete VSS-PI control strategy. Experiments prove that discrete VSS-PI control is a valid adjusting method to switched reluctance motor drive system., the whole system can achieve preferable rotustness, static and dynamic performances.
