| At present wet flue gas desulfurization used in power plant can achieve higher desulfurization efficiency but at the same time corrosion is also enhanced. It results in secure hidden trouble on smooth function of power plant. Therefore it is very necessary to carry out research on corrosive problem of reinforced concrete chimney and find measures for engineering application.Different calculational formulae of acid dew point are compared in this paper and they are also sorted for applicable use in different condition. The results show that SO3 and H2SO4 have great influence on acid dew point of flue gas, therefore reducing the content of these gases in flue gas is helpful to reduce acid dew point. It is found through gas-phase and liquid-phase corrosive experiment that the corrosion of concrete which is the main material of chimney is aroused by condensation of acid and SO2 has little influence on the gas-phase corrosion of concrete.Security analysis about the quality of concrete and reinforced concrete is carried out using fuzzy theory in this paper. At the same time corrosion evaluation of chimney is also carried out based on the performance of inner materials of chimney and the causticity of flue gas.Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software――FLUENT is used to simulate flow and pressure condition in chimney. Through simulation it is found that if flue gas enters the chimney symmetrically it can reduce erosion of wall, changing the upper shape of chimney can improve the distribution of pressure in chimney and setting deflector at unilateral entrance can improve flow status in chimney.Measures about how to avoid acid corrosion and how to avoid positive pressure in chimney are brought forward on the basis of experiment, simulation and evaluation. |
