Development Of Intelligent Residence's System

This project is from National'863'program'Home Intelligent Network Terminal Industrialization'. The research work is based on the residential area QSA-8000 series Intelligent residential system of QSA intelligent net equipment CO., LTD, Xiamen The point is to research and develop the series' intelligence residence terminal equipments.Aiming at the medium residence, putting forward the design project of the QSA-8000 residential area intelligentized system. Determining the function of the system, designing the structure of the system, through the comparison of modern bus and tradition bus, designing the basis of subsystem communications of the intelligence's residence. The project is mainly to research and develop the intelligence residence area terminal equipments, manufacturing the important terminal equipments of QSA-8000 intelligent residence : the police and automatic gas or electric sampling system and the controller of building, and summing up the development process of the terminal equipments, choosing development tool and its dependable researches for uses. This text carried on the further research to the QSA-8000 series Home Intelligent Terminal system, the DCS and RTOS idea which greatly improve the stability of the system. Finally the thesis analyzed the sofeware of the intelligence residence.Some equipments of the intelligent system have applied to Sunny California residential area of Shanghai.
