Automobile industry, as a high tech industry, requires high tech automobile testing and measuring products. Here introduced the vehicle gasoline tank testing system according to the specification of GB18296-2001 《 vehicle gasoline tank safety requirement and test methord 》 by request of Changchun Institute of Quality Measuring .This system consists of three test equipments ,that is automobile gasoline pressure resist test equipment, automobile gasoline leakage test equipment and automobile gasoline anti-strike test equipment to test perform gasoline tank pressure resist test, leakage test and anti-strike test respectively.This article introduces overall mechanics structures of these three test equipments, gives important parts' selection reason and some of specifications. In the analysis of automobile gasoline tank anti-strike test equipment ,it introduces schematic of circuits, C program of single chip controller. For a more efficient apply of RAM in single chip controller, we simplify sin and arcsin function by multinomial fitting, we compensate the error by the least squares approximation. We analyze factors influence system concision, we show that the system can keep its precision in 1% as promised in bidding book.Automobile gasoline leakage test equipment can performance adds pressure with constant 8KPa/min speed function. We develop pressure adding system run in Windows Xp system by Visual Basic 6. This system can perform control to many kind of way of adding pressure. It introduces incremental digital PID controlling theory and the selection of those three variables. We analyze the influences of various factors to the test system. It proves that by selecting proper parameters the test system can be a high performance pressure control system with high speed, low overshoot and stability.
