Railway transportation is a new mode of transportation for liquefied natural gas(LNG)tank.To ensure the safety of railway transportation of LNG tank,it is necessary to monitor the working conditions of LNG tank in real time during transportation.As the safety guarantee equipment for LNG tank transportation,the LNG tank remote monitoring system is an important part of LNG tank transportation train,and it is one of the important research topics in LNG tank train manufacturing industry.The key technologies of the LNG tank remote monitoring system are studied in this paper,including the detection technology of LNG tank condition parameters,the explosion-proof technology of detection instrument,the wireless transmission technology of test data,vehicle and remote centralized monitoring software.The instrument of LNG tank condition parameters is designed in this paper,based on sensor,conditioning circuit,STM32 MCU and LoRa wireless communication module.On the one hand,the tank's pressure,liquid level,temperature and battery power are detected by the instrument;on the other hand,the technology of LoRa wireless transmission is used to upload the collected data to the vehicle centralized monitoring platform.In order to ensure the safety of the instrument and the tank,the explosion-proof box of the instrument is designed.In this paper,the technical points of the explosion-proof enclosure and its components are analyzed,and the explosion-proof casing,cavity and cable entry device are developed.In addition,ANSYS software is used to perform finite element analysis on the strength of the flameproof enclosure,and improves the exist defects of theoretical structure according to analysis results.Based on the technology of LoRa+4G hybrid wireless communication and cloud service,vehicle centralized monitoring software and remote monitoring cloud platform are developed,which realizes the reliable transmission of tank working conditions data and geographic information data from tank to cloud server,and establishes the database of LNG tank working conditions.Based on the previous design,the functions of the LNG tank remote monitoring system are tested.The test results show that the functions of data collection,wireless data uploading and data processing of tank conditions can be realized by the system.The remote monitoring of LNG tank conditions has been initially realized,and the valuable exploration has been made for the realization of LNG transported by rail in this paper.
