In the evolution of science and technology, scientific experiment plays a very important role. Setting-up and development of every kind of theoretical system maintain close ties generally with generous scientific experiment and production practices. Experimental study plays an important role in promoting and developing structural design calculate theory and solving knotty problem in the production practices.In the development of the science of bridge building, bridge experiment also plays an important role. A large amount of experimental study, become an important factor to promote the design calculate theory and design method of bridge structure. Bridge prototype test also call bridge measure, its purpose is to grasp bridge structure's actual working state under test loading, to judge the bearing capacity and service condition of the bridge structure, to examine the design and construction quality through test.This text analyzes the basic course of bridge test calculate, introduces the basic theories of bridge test calculation by the use of common finite element software ANSYS. Make a prove to these theory with Sanya gulf bridge bridge test as an example. Mainly have finished the following works:1. Carry on theoretical analysis to the calculation of bridge on-the-spot loading test by the use of ANSYS. The concrete content includes static analysis theory, inherent vibration theory of the bridge , transient dynamics theory. Theoretically analyzed the basic principle of bridge on-the-spot loading test calculation.2. Set up planar model and space model separately, carry on static and dynamic analysis to real bridge, compare the difference of calculation results between two models, make a compare with test results. Verify the feasibility and dependability of the planar model's calculation results through the compare.3. Through static and dynamic theoretical analysis, confirmed the Sanya gulf bridge's static and dynamic test programs. Prove that Sanya gulf bridge's bearing capacity , rigidity , crack , dynamic performance ,etc. meet the criterion and rule's requirement through test, the design and construction quality are fine, the bridge is safe and reliable under the normal service condition.4. Set up car bridge resonance model using ANSYS , for measure one's own ability , add simple the vehicle model to the combination of invarible force and harmonic force , carry on artificial analysis to Sanya gulf bridge's moving vehicle test. Through the compare of theoretic test and test result, indicate that theoretic test and test result tally well,validate the feasibility using this model to calculate similar problems.5.Analyze the difference of different position's impact coefficient; damping, vehicles loading models,|the vehicles' number's influence to bridge's dynamic reponses; the impact coefficient evaluation criterion's difference.
