The Research On The Ignition Controlling System For Heat Value Testing Related On A 1E57 Gasoline Engine

In order to demarcate the heat value of different kinds of spark plugs manufactured by Zhuzhou Torch Spark Plug Co.,Ltd, first, describe the principle of engine ignition system and the structure of spark plugs, second, gives a description about the reasons of deflagration, and then recites the research of a equipment named "Pre-ignition angle regulating system" which can make spark plug deflagration.Compared with different methods about demarcating heat-value of spark-plugs, this research excogitated a new testing method: Use the pre-ignition angle which made the engine deflagration when the deflagration made the engine can't continue to work. Based on fuzzy-PID control theory, aim at the CDI spark system of a 1E57 gasoline engine, designed a pre-ignition angle regulating system with the use of a ATMEL-80C2051 SCM, then used "Mulitisim2001" as a simulation software to validate the design in order to make sure the design are credible.After the system installation, some experiment data were analyzed to insure the reliability and stability. The data of spark plugs CHAMPION H-10 and NGK BP7HS show that this pre-ignition angle regulating system can ignite the engine accurate and credible. With the cooperation of these two systems, the whole equipment made it conveniently and rapidly in both changing the pre-ignition angle and detecting the engine's deflagration. This system was reasonable in design, convenient in controlling, and had a low price, can be used in a large field to control the pre-ignition angle when did some familiar tests.
