Study On Visual Detection System And Key Technology Of Automobile Spark Plug

Because of the important role of spark plug in automobile,ignition gap and insulator appearance integrity become an important decision parameter of spark plug.With the wide application of machine technology,the size detection and appearance integrity detection tend to be more and more integrated and mature,and the processing method has more choices according to the imaging conditions.On this basis,this paper studies the two features respectively.Through algorithm processing,the detection requirements are preprocessed first,including filtering and normalization to further improve the system.In this paper,according to the special structure of gap detection and appearance,the hardware selection of the two testing method was conducted respectively,the detection hardware was determined,and the laboratory environment was built.As the surface to be detected is a cylinder,it needs to cooperate with motor motion detection.By using the features of line array camera,the line scan is carried out for each line,and finally the drawing is taken.Then image segmentation and XLD sub-pixel contour are used to preprocess the detection distance information respectively.After the processing results are obtained,two methods are used to judge the detection,and the best detection results of fitting rectangle are obtained.This method is more rapid and effective from the perspective of use.To detect defects,by the types of defects,according to different defect types are analyzed separately,respectively using gaussian high-pass,low pass filtering characteristics,analysis of two different defects,get the best effect of defect detection,complete the gaussian filtering,image after image respectively to the filter for Blob analysis and binarization processing,characteristics of processing after pulling away again,get the best detection method.Finally,the final closed-loop control is obtained through the PLC signal and the final feedback of the signal.This closed-loop control can be popularized in all industrial production and complete the operation of each process in industrial production.At the same time,it can also cooperate with other processes for interactive operation.Analysis of a single picture,analysis of multiple groups of pictures to complete the analysis,verify the detection effect,and finally for the results applied in industry,the trigger signal given by PLC is completed,and the communication with PLC is completed through the previous process,and the whole closed-loop process is completed.
