Research On Qiaogong Hydroelectric Power Station Key Position Scheme Of Arrangement

The length of Hongshui River is 659km, and its main anabranches are Meng River, Caodu River, Buliu River etc. The drainage area of Hongshui River is 33,000 km~2,and it is pluviose with the rainfull of 1200mm annual.The exploitable waterpower resourse is more than 10 million kW,which is 60 pecent of the whole waterpower resourse of Guangxi province,the 6th of the whole country.The construction of power station can satisfy the increasing need of electricity of Guangxi province, and accelerate the development of economy of Guangxi.It is also helpful to "The transportation of electricity from west to east",and fully use the water resourse of the country.The paper closely conbine the water resourse of the drainage area of Hongshui River , the situation of the project of Qiaogong power station ,the landform and physiognomy of the station's site, then deeply study the scheme of the layout of the power station.The main contents are included:1. The details of social and natural geographical situations, the economic development of Guangxi province,the information of "The transportation of electricity from west to east"and the programming of the development of the electricity project.2. Analysing the landform,the geology,the traffic,the layout ,the condition of the construction,the condition of shipping .The site is on the upriver of Heko,40km from Qianjiang Town of Laibin City.There are 322 National Highway and the high way from Laibin City to Qianjiang Town,so the condition of the traffic is well.3. On the basis of analyzing the overall layout of the project, three schemes of arrangement are studied out: the first one is overflow scheme,the second one is the power station on the left bank and the outlet aboideau on the right bank,and the third one is the power station on the right bank and the outlet aboideau on the left bank.4. Contraposing the three schemes and using the Multiobjective Decision Theory etc,make general argumentation of each scheme from these aspect: the capital cost,the schedule of construction,the electric energy during the construction,the condition of outlet,the condition of operation and construction etc.5.Summarising the whole paper and make suggestion to the problem need to be studied further.
