Deaerator is an essential link in the feed water system of boiler. The oxygen is the main reason for feed water system and boiler to erode, and must rapidly eliminate, otherwise it can erode the feed water system of boiler, thus influence the normal operation, therefore it plays a very vital role in the power plant. Take the deaerator of PUBAI Mine Bureau power plant as the control object, and use the fuzzy control algorithm, to achieve good efficiency.The research mainly emphasis on three aspects: First, analyzed deaerator structure and characteristic, and according to deaerator parameter characteristics, established its dynamic mathematical model, proposed the self-adjustive factor fuzzy control algorithm for PUBAI mining bureau power plant, by research the control rule and the control algorithm; Next, designed embedded system of the measure and control machine and the display machine, using C8051F040 as the core, achieved signal sampling,data processing,data display,keyboard control function and so on. Also designed the position machine, realized the three machines communications. Introduced the hardware circuit design, the software programming, and anti-jamming measure in details; Finally, carried on the simulation, compared with result of the self-adjustive factor fuzzy control, the general fuzzy control and the PID control, and the former obviously surpasses latter two, at the same time, used C8051F040 debugging system to carry out an experiment on control system.The paper introduces the fuzzy control algorithm into deaerator control system,improved the control efficiency, and designed embedded system by C8051F040 as the core.So provided a new design mentality for later research to deaerator.
