Military capability is essential for the safety and stability of a country.Usually the troops is trained by simulated confrontation,however,this training method has many shortcomings,such as spending a lot of military spending,limited training scene and the safety of the exercise staff can’t guarantee.Modern military training has shifted from combat simulations to military simulators to simulate combat.Military simulators can provide different virtual combat environments,and through the change of combat environment for training personnel targeted training.The military simulator on tanks has just developed in recent years.Tank is an important weapon in the land combat,the development of tank simulator is of great significance for the selection and training of tank soldiers.This paper designed a set of system to control the environment inside the simulate tank cabin and measure the maneuverability parameter of the operator.The system consists of two parts: the control room andthe simulation module,Part of the control room is the host computer designed in the LabVIEW environment,part of simulation cabin is the slave computer based on STC12C5A60S2 as the core.The host computer communicates with the slave computer through the serial port.The system mainly implements the following functions: First,the control room control and measure temperature,humidity and light intensity of the tank simulation cabin;second,sent command and noise to the simulation cabin and get the operator’s operating result,the operating time,and the operator’s heart rate data;Finally,output the report data of the entire process.This paper mainly completed the following four aspects: First,the host computer software design;second,the slave computer software design;third,the slave computer hardware design and production;fourth,the system debugging.The temperature and humidity measurements use the DHT22 temperature and humidity sensors.First,the slave computer sends the measured data to the host computer;then,the host computer analysis and calculation the data through the fuzzy algorithm;finally send the control results to the slave computer.This paper designed a humidifier to humidification increase humidity.Dehumidification is controlled through the single-chip to control the relay.Temperature is controlled by air conditioning system.The light intensity was measured with a BH1750 light sensor,through PWM program control LED brightness to controllight intensity.Display and store the testing and control data by the host computer.
