For the sake of flight security of airplanes, environment control system and communication with high reliability are necessary. As for control system, reliable controls on some key parameters such as environment temperature and pressure are required to ensure function of electric system. In traditional control theory, exact mathematic models on control objects are needed, then according to design control system. In this issue, traditional PID controller and ordinary fuzzy controller are made together for design on intelligent fuzzy controller based on single-chip. As for communication system, this issue uses prevalent RS-422 bus and IIC bus to construct communication system net.Main study is on following aspects:1. Configurating control network and communication network based on RS-422 field bus: System-RS422-Unit of measure and control-Sensors.2. Design on hardware and software of intelligent temperature and pressure measurement and control unit.3. Design and testing on RS-422 communication unit as a network node.4. Sufficient testing :high and low temperature test, vibration test and full temperature control curve included.
