In this paper, the load identification of the main hanger and carry seats on the welded frame of SW-220 passenger vehicle was studied and their dynamic load in the practical operation process was identified by"the quasi method". The local finite element models of various carry seats were intercepted from the whole finite element model established by Altair application software HyperMesh and ANSYS. The data were processed by the software Matlab and the special data processing softwre"the dynamic stress data processing of the vehicle", which was developed by the Structure Intensity Research Office in Beijing Jiaotong University. Choosing the test data of the SW-220 vehicle of Shenyang to Guangzhou in August 2, 2006, the dynamic load on the various hanger and carry seats in different working conditions, which includes the coeffients confirming, the load identification, the comparation of the load maximum and the load spectrum, the caculation of equivalent stress and the stress spectrum which will give significant load reference for the structure optimization design.When the loads of the various carry plates were identified, the practical design example on the spot was combined with the given theoretical analysis. The identified loads were applied on the carry seats. The statistic analysis of the identified load was processed and the result was comparatively satisfied. |
