Design Of Cab-signal Auto-testing And Data Transmission System Based On Wireless Communication

The railway cab-signal system is a key equipment and important safeguard of train running direction. Keep it working in a good state has very important significance for the safety and efficiency of railway transportation. For a long period, our country railway system lacks of an on-line cab-signal auto-testing system with high efficiency, convenience and reliability and a method to transmit the data that recorded by the cab-signal system during train running.In this paper, it introduces the present method of cab-signal test and recorded data transmission firstly, and makes a profound analysis for the traditional test, transmission method of the recorded data and the embedded wireless net communication technology based on the IEEE802.11 WLAN. Then it proposes a new design and realization method of cab-signal test and recorded data transmission on the basis of the above analysis. In the paper, it analyzes the feasibility of realizing the system by using of the embedded wireless net communication technology, provides the system structure, the design consideration and realization method of establishing the network and hardware-software of each module. In the end, it makes an analysis for the system performance.In the background of train speed increasing, the system has very strong pertinence to the daily rising requirement of cab-signal's safety and reliability in cab-signal principal alteration process. It also has very important practical significance and value.
