For the effect of randomicity diversity such as material processing, construction technics, environmental condition, mechanical character parameter and so on, even if used the most advanced and accurate calculate methods, it is difficult to take into account full-scale of all kinds of the influencing factors of complicated environmental factor of construction fatigue strength. So we have to use test technic to open out design structure 's essence problems under the practice condition.As the development of computer technology and hydraulic servo control technology, it is possible to used electrohydraulic servo control system on automotive suspension, and fatigue test. This dissertation is lucubrating test and control system of motor fatigue test rig based on computer technology and hydraulic servo control technology.At first this dissertation expounds the theory and essence character of multichannel servo control, then designs the general planning of the system, after carefully studying the system's functional requirement and performance requirement.According by system's general planning , we used CPLD, FIFO and CMOS chips such as AD976A, DAC762 to design hardware which are forward multichannel, backward multichannel , input and output of the switching value. We also used USB100 module to design system's communication module, and it improves the speed of communication of system.Based on normal PID algorithmic, we study NN PED control algorithmic, we simulate it by MATLAB, and we achieved good simulation effect.In this dissertation, we used graphic programming tool LABVIEW to exploit upper PC's software, it is man-machine interactive interface, and it can complete experiment control and manage which is done by experiment operator. Used C to program the realtime controller's software.After completed all parts of the system, we debugged and fixed them. Learn from the debugging result, this system has functional reliability, high control precision, convenience operating and good perfomance.
