Flying posture simulator is the half real object imitating equipment with important significance national defense of and ecinomic value. Its perfomance indexs directly relate to the fidelity of simulation results.With the present increasingly austere international situation and the development of modern military techniques in China, the demands for technical level,applying range and request for simulator become higher and higher.Based on this background, middle hollow electrohydraulic servomotor directly driving simulator and its control system are studied in the article.After synthesizing a lot of related literatures, the paper brief review the studying status of the simulator position servo system, the development of the servomotor and the key technology of simulator.To the ultra-low speed,high-frequency and wide-speed range performance index of electro-hydraulic simulator, the paper analyze the theory and structure designing of middle hollow electrohydraulic servomotor. Working on the structure model of the servomotor, the article studies the ultra-low speed theory and its influential factor to the realization of the ultra-low speed of the servomotor.The paper regards the middle hollow electrohydraulic servomotor as studying object and build the mathematical model, The stability and the frequency response of opened-loop and closed-loop system are analyzed. This paper discusses the influences of steady error and static error on system precision in detail. On the base of the mathematical model, study the proportional integral derivatives (PID) control strategy in the method of simulating.The paper makes a systematic study on frictional torque model for hydraulic system,after the analysis of the ultra–low speed principle of closed-loop system, It can be concluded that the existence of the difference between static frictional and dynamic frictional torque,and the periodic saltation of the dynamic frictional torque,are the main reasons of the low speed stick-skip to the electrohydraulic position servo system.In this paper, assemblage and debugging of the middle hollow hydraulic...
