Research Of Dc Servo Motor Control Based On PC104

This paper designs a digital DC motor control system based on the PC104. This is a small,high reliability embedded system.A detailed design scheme of this digital DC motor control system' hardware. The constitute of Industrial Personal Computer is introduced. This paper also describes the design of PWM power converter circuit and the theory of this digital DC motor control system based on the PC104. Based on this digital DC motor control system'scapability which is more rapidly and more provisioned and more stabilization by request, the paper advances the digital aptitude controlling project based on this control system includes two closed loops,which are position loop and velocity loop.and introduces the design of DC motor control systems' compensation based on frequency.Advance-late digital regulator is designed and have a simulink study. Programs are written in C and The system is debugged successfully in both software and hardware.In the end the result and analysis of experiment is given..
