Water complex project of Xianli bridge is the maximal and earliest Single project of Wuxi city flood-prevention project, with investment reaches RMB298 million; It has provided the c experiments for Hydrolic Engineering especially for other projects of the Wuxi city flood-prevention project.For the difficulties of this project's construction and designing, we carried out scientific analysis , suggested corresponding solutions in the following aspects. Including: The water pump, streams getting in and out model device experiment studying, verify the model device efficiency, ascertain the form of passing in and out of streams; Studying north key position overall hydraulic model to provid the average maximal vertical line flow rate on the external flood-prevention slot converge with Jing Hang Canal ,Liangxi river .Suggest the arrangement and the rational length of gap stream block; As it had to be on service unceasingly during that period when south key position is under construction, we adviced the proper flow-guiding measure ; To ensure that transfer water improves water environment and to realize division of Liangxi river water and Jing Hang Canal , compared schemes to build "underwater-crossing"; reduced height of the check gate building to suit the demand of landscape, adopted to ground dyadic sluice gate by comparing gate design plans.In construction , proposed the practical feasible technology scheme, considering the characters of construction and equipments, time limit, technical and ect, soluted problem cause of geology and equipment choices cause , equipment; Specifically for contradiction of the project time limit, optimizing time for a project to ensure that the project is put into effect smoothly.
