To adapt the quick development of the power system, as one of the most important managing department in keep the stability and security of power system, its routine, such as setting compute, fault information management, data exchange and so on, is becoming more and more complicated and burdensome. It is urgently need a integrative, fast, flexible, convenient and intelligent managing system of relaying protection information to help the operator achieve their heavy work. For these reasons, the author studied and developed the topology analysis, the database and its relative of the multi-layer distributed relaying protection information managing system based on .NET.Those rising modern computer technology, such as OOD, .NET, UML, Web services, ADO.NET, GDI+ and XML, provide a strong technical support to our research and development. Our managing system adopt a multi-layer architecture, this make the whole software more convenient to maintain, more flexible to deploy. The low-coupling between each layer echanced the extensibility of this system. A stable and secure DBMS offered a basic support and it is very important to the reliable performance of the system. The graphic system based on integrative graphic model library released operator from bald datum. The graphic was used as a accessorial way to manage all kinds of datum and imformations. The system could build positive sequence network and zero sequence network automatically, at the same time the node number and the branch number would be finished by topology...
